1.2.1. Alternatively, written confirmation through an official channel (WhatsApp or the registered email address) and checking into the accommodation also constitute acceptance.

2.1. Deck Tiny House provides furnished and equipped tiny house / glamping accommodation in native woodland in the Serra da Cantareira region.

2.2. The accommodation is provided clean, sanitized, fully operational and with all inventory items checked. The Guest receives the unit in this condition and must return it in the same condition, allowing for normal wear resulting from appropriate use.

2.3. This is a short-stay accommodation agreement, not a residential tenancy. The Brazilian Tenancy Act (Law 8.245/1991) does not apply.

3. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE INSPECTIONS

3.1. Before each check-in, staff clean the unit, check its inventory and complete a preparation checklist so it is fully ready for use.

3.2. The Guest has up to 2 (two) hours after check-in to report any pre-existing damage, stain, missing item or irregularity in writing through the official channel (WhatsApp), with photographs required.

3.3. If no report is made within that period, the accommodation is presumed to have been received in perfect working order and condition, and any damage found at departure will be attributed to the current stay.

3.4. After check-out, staff carry out a departure inspection and photograph any issues found. In the event of a discrepancy, the Guest will be notified within the period specified in clause 7.1.
