Deck Tiny House values transparent, well-organized bookings. Our cancellation policy is non-refundable, as each booking blocks the calendar and directly affects the cabin’s availability and operating costs.
Age Restriction: Our property is designed and furnished exclusively for couples and adults. For safety reasons and to maintain the intended guest experience, children are not permitted on our premises.
Legal basis: Article 6(VI) of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/1990), the General Tourism Act (Law 11.771/2008) and the Ministry of Tourism’s interpretation.
Serious illness, accidents and emergencies are subject to the general non-refundable policy. However, such cases may be reviewed individually at the property management’s sole discretion.
Changes to arrival or departure times may be requested in advance, subject to availability and an additional service fee.
Additional housekeeping is available only for stays of three nights or more and must be arranged with our team in advance.
Each booking includes one free on-site parking space, exclusively for guests registered at check-in.
Up to 1 (one) small pet is allowed per booking, exclusively in the João de Barro cabin. A one-time cleaning fee of BRL 140.00 per stay applies.
The lead guest is fully responsible for cleaning up after the pet, any property damage and the pet’s behavior. Pets must never be left unattended or alone inside the cabins.
By completing and confirming a booking, the guest acknowledges and agrees to all rules, terms and conditions in this accommodation policy.
